Female Roommate Wanted in Hattiesburg, Mississippi

I live in the Oak Grove community off of Old HIghway 11, which is about 15 minutes from USM. It is a two bedroom apartment with two full bathrooms and has a back patio with a small grass area. The lease ends at the end of June, but my roommate may be moving out sooner.
We split the bills and rent equally so your half of the bills would be as follows:
Rent: $360/month for a 12 month lease
Electric: It varies by usage each month, but it usually ranges from $50 to $80.
TV/Internet: It can vary also but it is usually around $70.
You would have to fill out an application and get approved by the apartment manager. You can have someone cosign with you if you do not make the recommended amount each month.
